Location: Gandhinagar, India
On September 18, 2019, the inauguration of an event-based 3D video mapping lighting installation took place at the Dandi Kutir Museum in Gandhinagar.
Designed by Atelier dada, the lighting installation represents the realization of a vision first conceived and drawn in 2012. Conceived as a temporary, event-driven intervention, the project brought together artistic, technical, and institutional teams to deliver a luminous narrative accompanying a key milestone in the museum’s history.
The inauguration was held in the presence of Ms. Mona Kandhar, Minister of Economy of the State of Gujarat, and His Excellency Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, alongside political, cultural, and diplomatic representatives.
The project was developed in collaboration with Ms. Reshma Shah, Project Director at CEPT SRDU (lead consultant), together with Mr. Mahesh Bhavsar and Mr. Manoj Soni, acoustician for the event.
