Location: Gujarat, India
Atelier dada designs the lighting for five stations of the MEGA metro line, an urban transport infrastructure connecting Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar.
The project is developed for Jhaveri Associates and the Metro Company, and designed by Hiren Gandhi Architects. The scope includes 4,778 sqm of interior spaces, 1,348 sqm of landscape lighting, and 1,558 sqm of façade lighting.
The lighting design addresses major functional, technical, and urban challenges. It supports station architecture, structures circulation, enhances spatial legibility, and contributes to a coherent nighttime identity for infrastructure essential to metropolitan mobility.
