The villa is designed by the architects and interior designers of Blocher Partners India Architects & Interior Designers for the client Loxim Industries Pvt Ltd. The project develops a contemporary architectural language with clean lines, closely connected to its surrounding landscape.
The lighting design accompanies volumes, transparencies, and open spaces, creating continuity between interior and exterior. Light structures uses, reveals materials, and supports a restrained nighttime reading in dialogue with architecture and the natural site.
