Location: Carthage, Tunisia
Located near the Punic ports of Carthage, this exceptional villa unfolds across 1,550 m² of interior spaces and 2,500 m² of landscaped gardens. The project brings together an international team around a sensitive and site-specific architectural approach.
The architecture is designed by Jean de Gastines (JDG Architectes), interior design by Memia Taktak (Dzeta), furniture by Chacha Atallah (Fa-Architectes), and landscape design by Bjorn Gielen (Landizicht).
Atelier dada leads the lighting design, conceived as a connective layer between architecture, materials, vegetation, and nocturnal views, while respecting the historical and natural context of the site.
