RISE

Entitled RAISE, this lighting proposal embodies the vision of Atelier dada for a commercial office complex located at Wipro Circle, at the heart of the emerging technology hub of Pune. Positioned directly opposite the iconic headquarters of Wipro, the building developed by Gera enjoys strong urban visibility. Three of its façades open widely onto surrounding views and a major roadway edged by a green median, establishing the site as a prominent urban marker.

As part of the study, several lighting concepts were proposed to the client. Among them, RISE stood out as the most evocative and visionary. Although not selected for implementation, this concept remains a powerful expression of our creative approach and our interpretation of the site’s potential. RISE—rise and shine—explores, in a playful and dynamic manner, the idea of upward momentum, both technological and symbolic.

The concept takes shape through a luminous animation inspired by values of growth and success. The orange hue of the brand logo becomes a defining chromatic signature, extending across key architectural elements. Luminous crowns and LED lines positioned behind the ventilation shaft grille create the illusion of ascending arrows, visually expressing continuous growth and technological vitality.

In a more advanced and interactive version, this lighting concept could be connected to live stock market data, allowing the building to mirror daily market fluctuations through evolving light patterns. Though unrealized, this vision remains vivid within our imagination. RISE stands as a poetic and ambitious luminous dream, celebrating movement, energy and the perpetual ascent of the technological world.
