Brilliance and Grandeur in Luxury Living

Platinum is a major residential development composed of eleven luxury towers by ISCON, organized around a grand entrance, a private club, and extensive semi-covered and underground parking facilities. Positioned along a suburban highway near a key junction, the project was conceived to attract an upscale clientele, calling for a strong and majestic architectural presence.

Our lighting concept sought to underline this grandeur through carefully balanced contrasts and seamless integration. Light was used to reinforce the impressive scale of the complex while shaping a clear and distinctive visual identity for ISCON, allowing the project to stand apart within a highly competitive residential landscape.

Beyond the landscape lighting and shared amenities, Atelier dada designed exclusive fixtures to identify each tower by its number or letter. Dedicated luminous totems were conceived to mark every entrance, while pendant luminaires were designed to structure and enhance the ceilings of the stilted parking areas, reinforcing the sense of arrival and hierarchy across the site.

Despite approved mock-ups and on-site tests, the final implementation diverged from the original specifications, with alternative products selected during execution. These variations inevitably altered the intended result. While this outcome was a source of frustration for our team, the client expressed full satisfaction—indeed, genuine delight—with the completed project. In the end, the success of a project is also measured by the experience and satisfaction of those who inhabit it.
