Enchanted Garden

Developed on a former industrial site, Parishkaar 1 is a large residential complex spanning 85,000 m². Comprising ten fourteen-story towers and more than 550 apartments, the project integrates a vast landscaped garden at its heart, conceived as a shared green lung, alongside cultural, social and sports facilities.

Facing the density of the surrounding buildings, this central garden plays a vital role as a space of openness and breathing. It became the inspiration for Jardin Féérique, a lighting concept celebrating the magic of nature and transforming the outdoor spaces into an enchanted nocturnal landscape. To bring this atmosphere to life, Atelier dada collaborated with a local artist to create a series of light-art installations that appear to animate the garden after dark.

Among these elements are large luminous “insects” delicately resting on the skylights of the underground parking, passively illuminated by the reflection of surrounding light, as well as sculptural light pieces placed between the trees, forming captivating focal points along the pathways. A giant moon, subtly revealed through the foliage, marks the location of the fitness club, adding a layer of mystery and poetic presence.

Ambient lighting remains soft and discreet, relying on stretched fabrics, low light levels and a restrained palette to maintain a minimalist and elegant atmosphere. This approach allows the artistic installations to stand out while blending seamlessly with trees, planters, sculptures and urban furniture. The ensemble creates a welcoming and intimate environment, where the feeling of an open-air museum meets the warmth of an urban living room.
