How can a luxury residential complex be elevated by reinforcing its architectural identity and tropical atmosphere, without excess or spectacle?

Atelier dada was commissioned to design the lighting for the façades, landscaped areas and shared amenities of Wind Park, a high-end residential ensemble defined by its strong architectural character. The project is distinguished by bespoke concrete balustrades, whose flowing, wave-like geometry called for a lighting approach based on restraint, continuity and precision.

The lighting concept delicately traces these undulating balustrades with fine lines of light, creating the impression of luminous waves moving across the façades. This subtle animation brings the towers to life at night, while preserving a calm and elegant presence. Light does not dominate the architecture; it follows it, revealing its rhythm and depth through softness and repetition.

In the landscaped areas, Atelier dada chose to integrate lighting directly into artificial palm trees surrounding the communal spaces. By avoiding conventional light poles, the gardens are bathed in a diffuse, immersive glow that reinforces the tropical ambiance and encourages a gentle relationship with the outdoors after dark.

The lighting design extends naturally to the project’s amenities, including the clubhouse, sports courts and agora. For the leisure complex, marked by a singular architectural expression, dynamic lighting was introduced through subtle variations in color. Each area benefits from a luminous atmosphere adapted to its use, supporting both activity and relaxation, while maintaining overall harmony across the site.

Despite the constraints of the context, the lighting strategy transforms Wind Park into a cohesive and elegant living environment. A nocturnal landscape where architecture, vegetation and light converge to offer residents a refined, balanced and enduring nighttime experience.
